One Million Rising is a national effort to train one million people to resist authoritarianism—together. Through a series of trainings and local gatherings, we’ll build the strategy, skills, and people power it takes to stop Trump and his enablers from seizing more power. This is how we get organized. This is how we win.

Avelo Airlines wants you to think they’re “refreshingly simple.” What they don’t put on the billboards and “hello, avelo” marketing posters: they’re the first commercial airline in the U.S. to sign a deportation charter contract with ICE. Unmarked, secretive flights. No guarantee of due process. Public money subsidizing mass deportations. Find ways to push back against the complicit company.

Signs of Solidarity

The Trump administration is deploying ICE deep into the hearts of our communities in an effort to spread fear among immigrants. We can and must stand up for immigrants and show that they are essential and welcomed members of our communities.

Sign up now to visit local businesses in your neighborhood. Ask the business owners or managers to post signs that declare their support for their immigrant neighbors and opposition to ICE as well as create a private area for employees that ICE cannot legally enter without a signed judicial warrant. These are simple steps that businesses can take to protect their employees from ICE and make all immigrants feel welcome in your community.

Local screen printing shop creates "Everyone is Welcome Here" shirts

ABOISE, Idaho — Employees of Brigade Screen Printing in Boise are working tirelessly this week to create these “Everyone is Welcome Here,” T-Shirts.

The phrase "Everyone is Welcome Here" is directly inspired from this poster that made headlines after the West Ada School District asked Lewis and Clark Middle School teacher to take it down from her classroom walls.
